SIGA is a “ministry of encouragement” among people living in remote regions of Latin America. We serve in the tropical jungle along the Sarapiquí and San Juan Rivers of Costa Rica and Nicaragua, an isolated region where the people are poor, neglected, and uneducated. We share hope by ministering to the whole person–socially, economically, physically, and spiritually.
SIGA is an ecumenical Christian organization. We believe that when we work together as co-servants of the risen Lord, we learn to celebrate our common bonds, as well as appreciate as our diversity. Please take the time to explore our website and learn more about us.
